Questions?
Do my Paws expire?
No. Paws never expire, at any level.
How is my yearly spend counted?
We add up your paid orders from the last 12 months — online, in the café and at your table. Cancelled orders don’t count.
Does my spend reset when I level up?
No. When you become a Hunter, the same spend keeps counting towards Alpha.
How does the birthday treat work?
Add your birthday in your profile (it can be set once). Pups can redeem it on their birthday, Hunters within 7 days and Alphas within a month — once a year.
How do I redeem a reward?
Choose it at checkout on the website or in the app. For a free-item reward, add that item to your cart first.
When do I get my Paws?
As soon as your payment goes through. If an order is cancelled, the Paws from it are taken back.
